Neuropsychiatry Department
Neuropsychiatry is mainly concerned with issues in higher brain function, such as those related to cognition, emotion, and behavior, that cause abnormal or psychiatric problems and behavioral difficulties that are linked or caused by various neurological conditions. Here at BNC teaching hospital we diagnose, treat, and prevent mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders with the use of medication and counseling. Inpatient and emergency services are provided only by the psychiatry department of the hospital in this region of Nepal. Our compassionate psychiatric team aims to provide the highest quality of patient care and work in close collaboration with other departments for the holistic management of patients.
